All of the coaches have access to the most comprehensive training and certification programs for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. They provide assurances that the time children spend in swimming will be quality time. Avon Eagle Swim Club is a non profit club, run by its elected Board of Directors. All members are welcome and encouraged to be involved in team activities and fundraisers.

The Avon Eagle Swim Club is part of the North Coast Swim League. AESC is a  parent led community youth competitive swimming club for Avon, Ohio.  They welcome swimmers ages 5-18 who can swim (using freestyle, breaststroke, or fly) 25 yards without stopping and without assistance.  Swimmers should have prior swim lessons.
