While on the state's page you must complete the following fields:
County: (47 Lorain)
Crash Date Format: (month/date/year)
Jurisdiction: (Avon 3352)
Law Enforcement: Avon Police Department 04702
You will also need to fill in a last name from the report.
Finally, click Get Report Data > Select Report
NOTE: Private property crashes (parking lots) will not appear on this site. These reports will need to be obtained from the Records Department, Monday - Friday at 440-934-7860.
